. Possess a thorough understanding of Honeywell PPE portfolio as well as China PPE regulations. Train sales and marketing staff, distributors and customers about the features, advantages and benefits (FAB) of the products and the applications.
. Support Sales team on key-ender user development, including customer seminar, on-site technical support and tender support. Determine exact needs of customer through on-site assessment and technical support; help them identify the hazards, choose the appropriate HSP products and design customer solution based on real environment. Track performance of proposed products/application, assure Honeywell products meeting the product specifications and fulfilling the customers' expectations.
. Collect competitive information and products, conduct thorough laboratory testing to figure out HSP products advantages and provide sales with the information. Communicate to product management team with the competitive information to help Honeywell stay ahead of our competition by developing new products and new technologies.
. Based on product knowledge and customer needs, develop and promote new application for exiting products and design industrial solution for key segment such as Automotive, Oil & Gas, Chemical Plant, Mining etc.
. (Closely work with Government Affair team to seek for opportunities to upgrade China regulation by leverage entire company resources)
. Involve in new product development by providing new Ideas base on thorough understanding of customers'' needs, recommending product redesign, collecting VOC, Organizing field evaluation, preparing new product launch package from technical side.
. Communicate effectively among local R&D, Mfging, After sales service and business to recommend new products and new technology opportunities for China market.
Educational & Other Requirements
. Bachelor degree in polymer/chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Environment Control engineering
. Min 2-3 years experience in as technical service engineer. MNC background is preferred.
. Demonstrate strong team work spirit and effective communication, organizational skills
. Familiar with industrial hazard and how to choose right PPE
. Good command in written and oral English
. Highly self motivated and Accountable
Nice to have
? Knowledge about PPE products , Safety regulation , Common testing
? Experience in MNC company (could be PPE related or EHS engineer)
? Experience in Government Standard committee for PPE product
