Plus HRMS (Achieve Sales targets To help achieve branch targets through his team of ABDM/ BDM/SBDM/SM/SSM Development of the sales network. Assist Area Manager in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the Branch/city. Recruit/induct A/BDMs/SBDMs and develop potential internal SBDM/ SM / SSM Making Joint sales call with the UM Levels (0 4), when required and develop/hone their selling skills / recruitment skill & developmental skills. Provide leadership and management for the UM Levels (0 4). Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by productivity, ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction policyholders & advisors and ensuring repeat business through cross sell & up sell by instilling a need based sales culture. Responsible for recruitment of Unit Managers to agreed profiles, sanctioned strength and within the stipulated time frame so as to achieve Business plan targets for the Branch. Arrange & attend various marketing events for external stakeholders Provide support to UM Levels (0 4) to organize COPs & events to promote recruitment. Arrange/attend outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment , awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc Monitor the performance of UMs & their teams Weekly review & PRP with Unit Managers to ensure UMs on track to achieve their Goal sheets / meet expectations. Ensure 3/6/9 & 12 monthly reviews on minimum performance levels of Unit Managers & take corrective actions to ensure performance comes on track if behind & recommend extension or termination based on established company norms by adhering to the processes that such recommendations entail. Ensure that Unit Mangers in turn conduct weekly review meetings/PRP with their advisors & hold at least monthly/ preferably bi-monthly team meetings. Attend such team meetings and add value in terms of planning the team activity of L0 to L2 Unit Managers as also ensure that SMs & Sr. SMs (L3 & L4) attend similar meetings for Unit Mangers reporting to them. Liaise with successful Advisors to motivate them to become Sr. Advisors / PBAs / UMs. Own the UM & Advisor Development Program for the branch Ensure Advisors incomes in his/ her location exceed benchmarks Coaching Review & Monitor the performance of all UMs Coach UMs on management/sales skills Maintain & drive compliance at the branch Ensure adherence to SOPs & sales processes & instigate disciplinary action against those found breaching them Deal with and escalate compliance issues Skills Required: Product Subject matter expertise Mentoring skills Business perspective & planning Finance / Insurance industry awareness Interviewing skills Self management Problem solving skills Performance Management Peer level co-ordination and influencing skills, India)
