About the role – Fixed term contract

This is a key role supporting the management of the Risk and Compliance function of Greater Bank’s Digital Transformation division to support and implement governance and risk management frameworks within a technology driven environment.  The successful candidate will have the ability to promote the importance of operational risk management and compliance by providing specialist advice on the integration and application of policies and regulations to the division.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Risk Lead, you will work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain practices that support a sound risk culture and the implementation of policies, procedures and controls to manage material risk and compliance obligations.

Reporting and monitoring on the compliance and risk activities within the division, you will maintain an awareness of regulatory trends and changes.

What we’re looking for

High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability engage a broad range of stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams is essential along with governance and control framework experience.

Prior experience in an operational risk or risk assurance function within the financial services industry or a technology driven environment will be required, and tertiary qualifications in Risk & Compliance, AML or equivalent will be highly regarded.
