The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our flexible and friendly team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

  • Processing matching and coding monthly client invoices

  • Payment and reconciliation of creditors accounts

  • Generating IAF’s and matching invoices

  • Assisting with the collection and collation of labour and material expenses for projects and client invoicing

  • Banking and Post Office attendance

  • Reception cover and stationary management

  • Assisting the Management Accountant with any other finance duties as required

The successful candidate will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in a commercial accounts department

  • Previous exposure to statutory accounts and monthly BAS reporting

  • Strong organisation and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
