Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the community services of the Group, staffs volunteering activities and stakeholder engagement activities. He/ She will also promote corporate volunteering by engaging colleagues to participate in community services, organize community services to engage internal and external stakeholders and liaise with community partners of the community services of the Group. Other duties include assisting in coordination and on-site support of the sponsorship events as well as managing volunteer service hour record (including data checking, analysis and generating reports etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Science or CSR-related disciplines preferred
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organisations with proven track record in coordinating and executing large scale community activities / programmes
  • Strong liaison and networking skills with organisational, planning and execution skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible to develop digital marketing strategies for leasing department to drive business growth. He/ She will also be in creating digital marketing campaigns and activities for effective lead generation, including but not limited to Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing and marketing partnership. Further duties includes : develop and manage websites for sectors; track the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to deliver strong analyses and strategies; maintain audience measurement tools; external agencies to deliver quality and effective services; review new technologies and trends to keep the team at the forefront in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience specializing in digital marketing
  • Hands on experience in managing agencies on development websites, mobile apps, digital and social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good project management skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will handle a full spectrum of quality leasing services including planning, tenant liaison and prospecting, and tenancy administration. Further duties include promoting office properties and acquiring new clients through business connections and associated marketing events. He/ She will also work closely with property management teams to ensure that clients can enjoy service excellence.

Requirements

  • University graduates or above
  • Minimum 5 years of office leasing experience with a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value
  • Conversant with various marketing channels and must be creative to explore new marketing channels
  • Good network of office property agents
  • Strong supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills with sound analytical ability
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
