We have ambitious plans for the future, so we need an experienced Account Director to help us rapidly grow the number of clients who partner with us for our award-winning safety leadership and safety culture products and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and selling high-quality end-to-end solutions that will assist our clients’ transition to a more strategic and mature stage of safety culture. This means you will be qualifying high-quality leads, scoping out opportunities, designing high-quality solutions, and writing proposals, as well as pitching and negotiating contracts. We firmly believe that selling is a team sport, and lone wolves just don’t cut it.

Once the clients’ solution is ready for execution you will start transitioning the project over to our Client Account Manager Team and brief our talented and expert Consultant Team in readiness for delivery. You will then establish yourself with the client as the subject-matter expert and the ‘go-to’ person for high-level strategy, to help ensure they are set up for success. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients have an amazing experience with us, including providing the best support to drive positive change. You will focus on mid/large-sized clients from the Mining, Utilities, Manufacturing and Construction industries who are motivated to improve their safety culture.

Our offices are in Brisbane and we will support relocation. Alternatively, you can base yourself in Melbourne or Sydney, and we’ll set you up to work from home.


We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced designing and selling complex solutions in the field of behaviour change (fields like safety, or psychology).
  • Experienced at consulting including scoping, solution design, proposal/tender writing, pitching and stakeholder management.
  • Creative when it comes to problem-solving – you are curious to know more, ask great questions and can think and respond on your feet.
  • Quality focused – you have a great eye for detail to ensure you set our delivery team up for success at handover.
  • Engaging – you are a great storyteller and can use this to educate and influence. You can build excitement and confidence in others about the value of what we do and how we do it.
  • Excited by growth – you want to work for a company that has a strong focus on domestic and international growth.
  • Keen to operate at the premium end of the market – you are motivated by selling products and services that are of high value and quality. You are comfortable selling on value, not on a lower price.
  • Autonomous – you work better when you are provided with the objectives and guidelines rather than detailed step-by-step instructions, processes and rules.
  • Comfortable with significant amounts of sales-related travel, both domestic and international. You will have full control over your travel arrangements, provided it works in with client requirements.
