YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Disciplinary and technical management of the growing, newly found sales team mid-market in Germany
Coordinating and organizing all team tasks and processes and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its objectives
Independent sales of the entire product range or individual Software AG products and identification of upselling potential
Independent acquisition of new customers for the business unit
Strong customer presence with IT and business decision makers to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions
Collaboration with all internal departments (Business Operations, Legal Department, Professional Services Delivery etc.) to ensure sales success
Experience in managing one or more sales teams with focus on the Mid-Market/Mittelstand segment
Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions in the B2B segment
Successful achievement of sales targets
Independent and self-motivated work to achieve the specified goals
Strong customer orientation - external and internal
Contacts to decision makers of medium-sized and large customers
Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Successfully completed studies and decisiveness
Very good communication and presentation skills in German and/or English
