Account Executives at Chope are one of the pillars of stability for our business. The role reports directly to the sales managers, and will be responsible for handling all after-sales matters.

About the role 
The role of the Account Executive is to assist in the onboarding of new clients contractual & marketing tasks related to account management. In short, end to end servicing of our restaurant partners to not just provide value, but also generate revenue by looking to up sell products/services, form deeper, meaningful networks, and have the client renew in a timely manner.


  • Manage and cultivate strong client relationships by monitoring performance metrics, arranging regular check-ins, and suggesting marketing and promotional support to help clients maximise the utility that Chope provides as a platform
  • Diligently follow up on any pending payments from the client
  • Consult and up sell additional products and/or services to restaurant decision makers
  • Collate press materials to ensure that a restaurant’s info is updated on Chope
  • Work closely with the Operations team to facilitate successful product adoption or refresher course on product usage for the restaurant staff
  • Constantly relay and generate feedback regarding potential product improvements, and strategic marketing initiatives for new and existing restaurant partners to our respective team leads

Skills & Experiences required

  • Over 1+ years of relevant work experience within a similar industry
  • Able to communicate effectively & fluently in English & native language with a broad range of audiences to demonstrate value of Chope to our clients
  • Able to build positive, lasting relationships with clients
  • Able to be productive and efficient with minimal, or no supervision (because we work fast, and want to grow fast)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious

While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered

  • Prior B2B accounts management experience, preferably with products and services sold to restaurants and hotels
  • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing services
