The Finance Assistants will assist the Finance Manager in the 5 UK schools (soon to be 7), 2 US schools and 12 India schools in the running of the finance function for these regions. These roles are very broad and cover most aspects of accounting with the opportunity to grow as the business.
Liaising with non finance members of staff
Management of the Accounts payable
Management of the expense payment process
Ad hoc tasks
Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
Preparing final accounts
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficient user of finance software
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
