About the role

You’ll be assigned as a frontline touch-point for Shipper coordination (extension of Account Manager) for the designated client. This is truly beneficial for those who want to build a career in account management field.

What will you do

Handling general inquiries, operational follow-ups, issue tracing, communication coordination with other internal Shipper teams (mainly Sales/Account Manager).

What are the requirements

  • Currently in 7-8th sem / Fresh Graduate majoring in business, communication, political science, or related field from top universities.
  • Able to work Mon-Fri at working hours (must be someone who doesn't attend any classes at all)
  • Energetic and fast learner
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work locations

Willing to be placed around in on-site representative client-side around Jabodetabek

and Surabaya.
