About the role
You’ll be assigned as a frontline touch-point for Shipper coordination (extension of Account Manager) for the designated client. This is truly beneficial for those who want to build a career in account management field.
What will you do
Handling general inquiries, operational follow-ups, issue tracing, communication coordination with other internal Shipper teams (mainly Sales/Account Manager).

Willing to be placed around in on-site representative client-side around Jabodetabek
