Integra Water Treatment Solutions delivers a range of products and services including specialised cleaning and hygiene chemicals and services, chemical water treatment, waste water and filtration systems.  Our company has grown from humble beginnings in 1990 to now employing in excess of 200 people Australia wide. 

Our Cleaning and Hygiene division has a strong customer base within the food processing and manufacturing sectors and continues to show rapid growth in these areas.  This has been achieved through our ongoing commitment to our customers, our expertise in what we do and our ability to offer a full suite of services throughout their facilities.


We are looking for a high level key account manager with business development skills.

Working remotely and on client sites within your assigned territory, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions for plant operations, identifying and executing sales opportunities and developing long term working relationships with all levels of management in your customer base.

This critical role is the face of our organisation and the unparalleled and thoughtful service we provide is what makes our business grown exponentially.  The right candidate has strong technical and mechanical acumen, prior field service experience, excellent technological skills, detailed problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient communication skills
  • High levels of motivation and the ability to work autonomously as well as in teams
  • Confident and energetic personality with the desire to succeed
  • Good analytical reasoning and capable of enabling hands-on service of equipment
  • Knowledge of B2B sales
  • At least three years in a similar role or degree qualified in food technology or similar field
  • Applicants with sales and service experience in other sectors such as Healthcare would be considered
