Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales management and digital media products and services, business-development, marketing and/or consulting sales.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Products in Search, Display and Video.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with or in government, politics, or a regulatory agency in Brazil.
  • Experience with information, data management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Ability to deliver against an assigned goal while managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

As an Account Manager, you will act as a day-to-day liaison between clients regarding account performance, product launches, and opportunities in Google. You will also craft compelling narratives using data to create results and campaign delivery.

As an Account Manager in Government, you will develop and manage relationships directly with key clients in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
  • Leverage available resources, including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
  • Keep track of commitments made to clients and follow up in executing them. Build relationships with clients and educate them on new product features tailored to their business needs.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and advise them on their strategy and execution. Assist in the delivery of overall business strategy based on metrics and trusted partnerships.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of products to maximize client results through reporting and insights. Work collaboratively with both local and global teams to support new and existing customers, projects, and regional performance goals.
