This position is an Account Manager for Semiconductor companies in Hefei areas. The role is responsible for delivering sales revenue target, understanding the market & competitors’ situation, work with key account manager for overall account strategy and promote Entegris’s Technology & Products.

  • Entegris is seeking for an Account Manager for MC (Microcontamination Control) division. We expect that you will embrace the role of business owner providing strategy, adding value and executing on growth to achieve success in MC business. This role will be based in Beijing, China.
  • Understands corporate, division and field operations goals, and develops account strategies to achieve set sales objectives by collaborating with internal functional team, product managers and field application engineering team.
  • Understands customer’s business and technology road map and drives internal teams for continuous improvement, in terms of product quality, establishing technical edge and market competitiveness for attaining or maintaining the #1 supplier position.
  • Serves as Entegris primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provides BU, Support team, Corporate visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.
  • Demonstrates leadership presence that capable of resolving escalated matters yet do so in a manner that keeps Entegris in good standing.
  • Maintain customer relationships, build customer intimacy to incorporate Entegris’s product roadmap into customer’s long-term business strategy to maintain Entegris’s product leadership position.
  • Works closely with internal functional team e.g. Finance, Logistics, BU and Quality to streamline customer response process, provide fast turn-around to customer request and Entegris value added service to our customer and improve our competitiveness in the market.
  • Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to generate detailed technical sales, marketing reports, and spreadsheets. Writing sales reports, business update presentation, and primary product introduction.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
    • Ideal candidate is an independent, assertive self-starter with good people skills, who has 5+ years experiences in semiconductor sales or marketing position.
    • Sales/Account management experience in the semiconductor industry is strongly desired
    • Rich Experience of Business growth and development during a sales career period
  • Education/Experience:

    A BS or above degree with 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry, at least 3 years of that experience is in sales role, or a relevant combination of experience and education.

    Working Environment/Physical Activities:

    Environment: Located in Hefei

    Significant travel locally is required to conduct the selling and internal operation.
