Responsible for developing the Gaming component and monitor market for Benelux including Motherboard, Graphic cards and gaming related products.
Co-working with local and HQ teams for 4P strategy, in alignment with local marketing manager’s strategy and plans, then implement and build up Benelux market.
Managing Key account for ASUS Channel Programs.
Responsible for monthly, quarter target and business result.
Oversee execution of sales plans, budgets, etc. for ASUS’s PC, Component and Peripheral products across the Benelux market
Co-work with our local Product Management and Sales team to ensure the correct implementation of the sales plans
Reporting and sales related documentary preparation, and report to local sales and Country manager.
Regularly engage with Country Product Management and Sales in order to ensure alignment on plans & targets, and to review sales performance.
Drive the business develpment including sales program, promotion at the customer side, working with the customers to delivery business result.
Implementing sales activities, as marketing and sales promoton and product introduction to customers.
Working as bridge between customers and ASUS to find out cutomers’ needs and fulfillme it.
Setup and conduct sales operation including order process, PI management, quotation etc..
Co-working with Product Marketing Combinations related to the reseller portfolio, services and approach, vendor driven.
Setup and manager recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing vs marketing and the vendors programs/MDF
Analyse customers product portfolio and find out the missing opportunities, then approach and offer suitable soltion to develop new business and revene.
Setup an education a training program, custom made and in line with the commitment and goals.
Skills and competences:
University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Typically requires 5+ years of experience within sales and/or business development in IT sector with a relevant degree.
Knowledge about Gaming component, Monitor related product technology, products and solutions as well as understanding of Dutch market and global trends, opportunities.
Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Experience working with brands/companies from Asia is a plus
