The job

As an Account Manager Service Partners, you will help our partners to promote and sell of a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of all major electrical distribution, secure power and cooling equipment installed at the customer’s site.

You will help them to sell turnkey projects ranging from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. You identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements, and meet customer needs.

You will develop close and lasting relationships with our service partners in the Belux region.

The scope is wide, and this gives you great opportunity to manage and develop further our service channel sales:

  • Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize service and solutions sales within customer base.
  • Manage existing partners and recruit new partners for sales growth.
  • Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Provide product training to partners and inform them about complimentary services offered.
  • Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and review sales proposals with partners.
  • Develop partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase marketing and selling efforts.
  • Manage daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with partners to develop joint business plan to mutually agree with business objectives.
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports

We imagine that you have:

  • A master’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronics, Service Engineering or similar.
  • Solid experience in a technical sales area, experience in the specific sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge in selling services offers through partners is required (consultative selling).
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.

You are bilingual Dutch/French and you have a good knowledge of English
