Today, we are looking for an Account Manager to support the needs of a part of our (existing) Biopharmaceutical major accounts.
+ Achievement of annual IOP for sales and margin
+ To promote Avantor’s products and services to customers within the specific accounts and provide excellent customer service to key account customers
+ Forward strong relationships with customers through regular site visits and meetings in order to understand customer needs and further develop the business
+ Develop and execute a business plan with a view to increasing Avantor’s market share and profitability for a specific account portfolio
+ Develop a close working relationship with all other areas of the organization to ensure customer requirements are met
+ Provide the biopharma sales manager with up-to-date key account activities
+ Key account activities to be continuously recorded on CRM
+ Generate Acura sweetie activity reports for biopharma sales manager
+ Work with key suppliers to build and develop business relationships
+ Conduct sales presentations and quarterly business reviews
+ Generate sales forecast on a weekly monthly and annual basis
+ Assist in the organization of sales and marketing activity events which contributes directly to the achievement of sales targets
+ Assist other areas of the VW or business if required in designated accounts
+ You are an experienced Account Manager, experience in Biopharma is a very strong asset.
+ Third level qualification essential science or business discipline
+ Proven track record in achieving sales and margin targets
+ Full driving license
+ Highly self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in a scientific and technical environment
+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
+ Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
+ Comfortable delivering presentations and hosting conference calls and meetings
+ Keen awareness of profitability metrics and steps up to maximizing
+ Must be able to work effectively with autonomy
