Job Responsibilities

  • Gather market potential and market mapping in the BFSI Vertical.
  • Directly responsible for BFSI cus mers who could benefit from the company's products.
  • Travelling visit cus mer regularly, seeking for the information and new opportunities.
  • Expanding market coverage within Vertical by exploring the unserved Cus mer.
  • Maintaining existing, Establishing new, relationships with cus mers.
  • Managing, interpreting cus mer requirements and persuading proposed solution, product or service that best satisfy their needs.
  • Preparing and performing of presentation and cus mer quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms in order close sales.
  • Providing pre-sales basic technical assistance and intermediate product education.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Meeting regular sales targets and preparing reports for management.
  • Co-coordinating sales & projects & services and other cross functions.
  • Supporting marketing activities, conferences and other marketing events
  • Other Tasks that may be assigned.
  • Develop and execute annual account management plans in line with Vertiv Co's Strategic Plan and where appropriate recommend performance standards and set sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships. 
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities extend and develop the company’s cus mer and profit base within the enterprise market
  • Develop and implement strategies for existing key accounts, which are based on current and anticipated cus mer requirements.
  • Ensuring that the Company image is maintained and upheld at all times.
  • To represent the Company in regular face face cus mer contact in the promotion of the company’s products and services
  • Any other duties deemed necessary achieve the Divisions objectives.

  • Guide team ensure effective delivery of team’s goals, where applicable
  • Drive learning and development of team in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior achieve team/function goals, where applicable
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning 


Functional skills and knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competi rs/cus mer
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge in assigned products/services/systems and strong selling skills
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of regula ry requirements of products within assigned terri ries, including handling procedures, shelf life, s rage, etc. 
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Soft skills:
  • Good business sense and people skills.
  • Ability build relationships with clients quickly.
  • Willingness work hard and under pressure.
  • Good English communication

Diploma or professional qualification in Science or Engineering-related discipline and Business are preferred

Work experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
