Bentley Systems seeks a talented individual to serve as an Account Manager with our India Sales Team. An ideal opportunity for a self-starter, the candidate will develop and implement business plans to grow sales opportunities while managing all aspects of client relations in his/her assigned accounts & territory. If you are a successful, dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in the Government, AEC, Construction, we should talk. You must be capable of working independently, thinking strategically and having fun along the way!
Your Day-to-Day:
Embrace the Bentley Sales Process to:
+ Develop important and effective relationships within the account including Key Executives, by translating customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value
+ Prospect for/Qualify sales prospects.
+ Build, maintain and grow opportunity pipeline within Account(s)
+ Develop and negotiate proposals.
+ Provide clear and concise communication of activities and accurately forecast business
What You Bring To The Team:
+ 5+ years of successful track record of over quota performance in the software or technology sales. Knowledge of the Infrastructure, Construction market, our accounts, competitors and market trends would be advantageous
+ Consistently demonstrate high levels of personal drive and engagement.
+ New business and growth attitude, always looking to improve in all aspects of day to day activities.
+ Actively embraces a feedback culture and has a proven track record of providing and receiving effective feedback.
+ Takes a leading role with regard to demonstrating effective collaboration with other colleagues (product sales, application engineers, User success and Operations) thereby building effective internal colleague networks, to support sales success.
+ Ability to build a wide network and communicate at all levels effectively in a compelling manner
+ Education: Bachjelors degree is required (degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or Engineering preferred).
+ Must be available to travel a minimum of 30% of the time
