About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly, professional team at our Head Office in Canning Vale, Perth.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will support Allied Pumps operations by enhancing the finance team’s effectiveness, providing information management support whilst representing Allied Pumps in a professional manner.
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of tasks such as: timely processing of invoices and payments, reconciliation of corporate credit cards and supplier statements, including supplier liaison, preparation & payment of o/seas creditors, review of GL coding and support with the fortnightly processing of payroll.
