Creating business process (SOP)
Creating Reimbursement, Cash Advance, and Corporate credit cards
System Improvement with related activities
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
1-2 years working experiences in Accounting and Finance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Brevet A & B tax license is a huge plus
