We put patient-centricity at the heart of everything we do and seek for "freedom of disease" for patients suffering from psoriasis & psoriasis arthritis (current products Tremfya & Stelara). In Belgium, we are looking for an Account & Sales Manager to lead the derm/rheum customer facing team based on strong people management, networking and analytical skills. The Account and Sales Manager (ASM) will be Leading & coaching an experienced sales team (Flanders and Wallonia) to deliver upon pre-defined national & regional business plan targets; Orchestrating an efficient multichannel customer approach in line with the national strategy & cross-functional account plans while at the same time building up own relationships with key customers in support of his/her sales team; Successfully executing the marketing & sales plan in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the implementation of customer-specific, innovative and valuable initiatives & projects; Researching and evaluating market insights, performance results & regional customer needs in a pro-active, structured and continuous manner; Actively participating in cross-functional meetings with marketing, medical, sales and business intelligence colleagues; Actively contributing to the development of strategies, tactics & forecasting with relevant market insights, analysis & innovative ideas and approaches. In this role you will be reporting o the Business Unit Manager (BUM). Qualifications General: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or life sciences; A minimum of 3 years successful experience in Pharmaceutical sales is prefered; Fluent in English, Dutch and French; Must exhibit behaviors aligned to the J&J Global Leadership Profile including but not limited to: integrity-credo based actions, collaboration and teamwork, results-oriented and people development; This position requires field presence and participation in external meetings and events Specific: Strong People Management Skills including Training & Coaching of own reports: People manager, ability to train & mentor sales team (motivating, inspiring) Training and mentoring in defined areas (Field Coach) Managerial experience is a plus Role Model in Key Customer orientation and management: Understands the Belgium health care system, structure, market dynamics and customer decision processes in his/her disease area Previous external market experience is required Strong Skills in Selling and Executional Excellence: Confirmed business experience Excellent communicative skills; Adaptability, self-organizing and developing in new role Strong Skills in national & regional sales reviewing & analysis : Can-do approach Development and coordination of activity plans Strong ability to get market and customer insights : Role model for external focus and innovative thinking including new/smart selling concepts Shows strong Informal Leadership on all levels of the organization: Understands the local networks (internally) Motivates collaboration (one-team approach) Demonstrates experience in working closely together with different functions is required, previous experience is preferred Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
