Position Description:

  • Daily GL, AP, AR bookkeeping, staff reimbursement checking according to policy and accounting standards

  • Responsible for treasure tasks, cash/bank transaction, cashflow forecast, bank reconciliation

  • Month end and Quarter end closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

  • Perform regular internal records filing and external bank, tax and govt. filings

  • Policy Compliance. Prepare and assist in SOX documentation for internal and external Audit Activities

  • Ad hoc Accounting/Finance assignment

  • 10% for Finance team administration

    Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

  • 1+ years experience in Accounting/Finance (Big Four audit experience is preferred)

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);

  • Familiar with SAP and Concur System is preferred.

  • Analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and PPT.

  • Must be a quick learner, very detail oriented, and with a good communication skill

  • Mature, self-motivated, Committed to result & deadlines;
