• Review the asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Preparing balance sheet and gathering information to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Company Group’s policy and review the correctness of notes to financial statements. (Reporting by monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Analyst Group’s accounting, recording adjustment transactions relating to consolidation e.g. manually calculated transactions, adjustment entries of indirect eliminations, etc.
• Review key reconciliations such as bank, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable
• Work close with regional team for any finance/accounting issue
• Prepare group reporting package and make sure that it submit to regional finance on time
• Assist VP/CFO in preparing Finance/Accounting reports and plans as per requested.
• Coordinate post-acquisition Review and improve all accounting processes by implementing automation and lean processes.
• Support, train and instruct the junior team members in the Finance Department to for operation process.
• Responsible for Intercompany transactions.
• Discuss company-wide concerns to support improving company performance and execute the required actions
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and other reviews to managements in any related tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, or higher.
• At least 7 years work experience in finance/accounting department.
• Experience working in a large, multinational company is a positive.
• Audit background and SAP experience is highly desirable
• Has a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and can participate in a broad spectrum of accounting/financial reporting responsibilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to conduct meetings and present ideas to groups of colleagues.
• Self-starter who brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every responsibility tasks.
• Team player who has the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with others in the group.
• Must be innovative and willing to take initiative.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills with all level of partners.
• Ability on visionary goal setting, strategic thinking, logical decision making, dealing with complex issues and recommending sound alternatives and solutions.
