The Mission

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Accounting team. This person will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on Caylent’s financial transactions as well as being a trusted advisor to Caylent’s partners.

Your Assignment

  • Lead Caylent’s funding process in accordance with AWS rules and regulations
  • Maintain a close partnership with Caylent’s internal teams to ensure funding is submitted accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliation reports to show current state of funding submitted vs accrued revenue
  • Assist the Alliance and Marketing team with invoicing Caylent’s external partners for shared event costs
  • Support the Accounting team with scheduled close and audit requests

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a billing/invoicing role
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Superb time management and detail orientation
  • Experience with large-volume transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Certinia ERP system
  • Accounting degree or certification
  • Prior experience with a SaaS company
