Job Role:

  • Acquisition Manager role is responsible to acquire New Corporates Relationships and also manage existing corporate relationships and Open Salary Accounts of their employees along with XSELL

  • B2B Experience will be an added advantage

  • Liasioning within corporates to create business avenues to promote the bank products

  • Ensuring the profitability of the portfolio that is being managed by ensuring Funding is happening in the accounts

  • Increase funding by moving other bank funds of customers by educating them the advantage of the Salary Account

  • Promote XSELL products of the bank through Empaneled accounts

  • Ability to communicate well and make presentation to the corporates

  • Acquiring corporate and sourcing salary account

  • Taking care of salary credit for acquired accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Hyderabad corporate Markets and Industries in the area of location

  • Complete knowledge of saving bank account

  • Good communication skill and having capacity to discuss with senior officials

  • Knowledge of KYC for opening saving account

  • Well verse with Kotak network in terms of branch and ATM

  • Competitor’s updated information

  • Well verse with local language

  • Drive for Results

  • Ability to work for multiple products

  • Having good contacts locally to ensure adequate sourcing of proposals

  • Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner

  • Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker

  • Having own conveyance (Two wheeler preferable)
