Role

Rebag is hiring an Acquisition Marketing Analyst to assist in managing key acquisition channels. This role will report to the Director of Growth:

  • Support ad operations for key performance channels including display, direct mail and video
  • Conduct periodic proofing and quality control of campaign setup for all paid channels
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting for overall marketing performance, as well as ad hoc reporting for testing channels
  • Work closely with Acquisition Marketing team to test new acquisition channels which may include Audio/Podcasts, Google App campaigns and Retargeting
  • Collaborate with internal creative, brand and retention teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies
  • Monitor campaign KPIs regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement

Candidates

  • 2-3 years of direct experience executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns in-house and/or at a digital agency
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data into actionable insights in a timely fashion as well as communicating results in an organized and concise way
  • Obsessed over the impact of your contribution to campaigns’ effectivenessMust have experience in reporting and customer analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimbleAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to operate fully remotely and digitally
  • Ability to work from home in a professional and rigorous way
  • Perfect English in both verbal and written communications
