ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR
Physical Therapy Program

The University of Cincinnati’s entry-level Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy (DPT) is searching for adjunct faculty to provide course instruction.  Courses vary by semester. The UC DPT curriculum can be viewed at:

Responsibilities for an adjunct position may include course instruction consistent with the accreditation standards of the CAPTE, grading assignments, monitoring student participation, participation in weekly conference calls and office hours, adherence to program and college policies and procedures, and maintaining communication with physical therapy program faculty, staff, and students.

Position Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Doctoral degree is preferred, but candidates with a Master degree will be considered. 
  • Two years of physical therapy clinical experience. 
  • Professional credentials in physical therapy must be in good standing. 
  • Eligibility for physical therapy licensure in the state of Ohio.

Teaching experience, classroom or clinical, is preferred.  Candidates should also have computer and internet literacy and be comfortable with online instructional methods.
