Job Description

1.JOB SUMMARY :

Investigates and agrees P&C claims damages and finalizes the payment as per defined KPIs.

2.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :  

  • Opens claims case and consider compensating it as per the condition and policy.
  • Surveys related damages onsite and makes survey reports.
  • Contacts customers and agents/ brokers in order to finalize claims issues.
  • Approved claims and adjusts authorized credit and further proposes as per the procedure.
  • Keys in claims payment in the system.
  • Monitors all pending claims cases in the system and follows up every 30 day and records accordingly
  • (3 months for FAC R/I).
  • Handles all assigned claims matters with care as per set up KPIs.
  • Coordinates with related functions in order to sort out claims matters.
  • Generates functional monthly reports.
  • Be ready to support out-of-scope requests.
  • Communicates with related staffs regarding relative matters.
  • Retrieves and analyses personal KPIs for performance analysis and plans for achieving those set up objectives.
  • Generates a creative work process once a year.  

3.QUALIFICATIONS  :

  • A bachelor degree in any field.
  • Well educated in non-motor claims.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Composed and be patient.
  • Service-minded and be enthusiastic.
  • Be able to solve immediate problems.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Fair command of spoken and written English
