About The Role

As an SFDC ADM, you will have a good understanding of business operations, expertise in relevant tools and technical skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Five years of management or lead experience preferred. You will be working in close collaboration with the business, as well as other teams across StatusNeo.

  • Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the platform including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.

  • Judge the feasibility and tradeoff of different technologies and make choices that fit the constraints of the project.

  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes, and release management.

  • Delegates to, guides, and follows up with other Anthem resources to implement any of the above solutions, as necessary.

  • Accurately estimates the time required for yourself or others to complete particular assignments.

  • Works directly with clients and the Anthem team to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solutions.

  • Manage a team of ~30 - 40 FTEs

  • Good hands-on with technology including full software development lifecycle.

  • Work on initiatives that add value to the business

  • Able to build capability teams at offshore aligning to business functions

  • Able to identify gaps and implement process improvements

  • Drive delivery end to end, understand metrics, bring in a culture of automation and innovation through the lifecycle.


  • Healthcare insurance industry experience; Medicare Enrollment experience is a plus and/or exposure to the Medicare line of business to some capacity

  • Experience with distributed teams and offshore resources

  • Ability to resolve conflict with multiple businesses and IT partners through tactical and strategic negotiation

  • Experience in strategic staff planning and assessing and communicating impacts to finance to leadership

  • Ability to operate independently and make effective decisions

  • Experience presenting to higher-level leadership to communicate decisions, impacts, and recommend a strategic course of action

  • Multi-year experience with Salesforce Community Application Development.

  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including developing custom applications, Lightning Web Component Development, Inter-component communication, SFDX CLI, Deployments, Code and Data Migrations, and mobile app development.

  • Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services, Data Loader, Bulk API, and streaming APIs with a strong Integration technology background.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, API, governor limits, workflows, and configuration

  • Experience with data integration and third-party application integrations.

  • Knowledge with APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL

  • Experience with designing and implementing custom applications on the platform

  • Knowledge of ReactJS, Javascript frameworks, Angular, SLDS framework, and Web 2.0 technologies.

  • Knowledge of ECMAScript 6+, SLDS, and CSS.

  • Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Understanding of Integration Tools such as Mulesoft.
