Our team in Toowoomba are on the hunt for an Administration Assistant to provide high professional standard of customer service accurate communication for stakeholders and quality administrative, financial and secretarial support services.

What this opportunity involves:

  • Looking after the Administration for the Centre
  • Financial Administration including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Invoicing
  • Managing the Customer Service Desk
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with preparation of Centre promotions and activities.
  • Additional ad hoc Administration across Operations, PR, Marketing & Finance

We are seeking someone with Solid Administration, Finance, and Customer Service experience.

You will be a strong team player with an ability to use your initiative.

Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on stakeholder engagement will be paramount for your success in this role!

Ideally you will be a wiz on Excel.
