We are currently seeking a Full Time experienced Administration Officer to join our Children Services team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Children Services, the primary objective of the Administration Officer- Children Service is to provide in a timely manner, exceptional administration support.
You will be an experienced Administration Officer who has strong administrative skills, who likes to work in a fast paced environment, has a positive work attitude and is committed to excellence in service provision and quality outcomes for Children, young persons and Adults with disability.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Work collaboratively with the team and other teams within the organisation to ensure continuity of support and consistency of comprehensive service delivery when required;
Provide a trusted and effective conduit of information within the team;
Draft correspondence for managers involving routine and/or non-technical matters
Coordinating meeting and other appointments
Minute taking, typing and distribution of minutes of meeting.
Preparing presentations using google slides
The Successful applicant will have:
Cert III in Business Administration or at least 5 years experience in a similar role;
Excellent interpersonal and customer focussed skills with the ability to engage and build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people;
Ability to exercising high levels of judgment, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work;
Proven ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision with great initiative;
Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines;
Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology including G Suite
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Driver's Licence valid in Australia.
Completion of the 'NDIS Worker Orientation Module" [...] of Joint Protocol module [...]
Holding a current Working with Children Check and completing a National Criminal History Record Check clearance are requirements of this position.
