About the role:

As the Administrative Officer, you will support the effective day to day operations for the College Office in all aspects of HR administration, including but not limited to recruitment, on boarding and preparation of HR paperwork. The Administration Officer is expected to work in a highly collaborative and flexible manner within the small HR team.

About you:

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills with the proven ability to produce high quality work in a fast paced environment. You pride yourself with your ability to develop strong working relationships with staff of all levels within the organisation. Your demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative while dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple tasks will add to your success in this role.


A degree with subsequent relevant experience: or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and /or education/training.
