Job Description


Within Euler Hermes, Policy Administrator is responsible for the timely and effective execution of tasks and activities related to Policy Administration Contract management and Customer accounting.


Contract Management
-Issue new/renewal policy contracts and documentation
-Administer contractual updates/admin updates/Policy termination
-Chase premium base/Book premium base in the system and calculate premium
-Prepare bonus/malus calculation
-Generate regular/ad hoc reports
Customer Accounting
-Calculate Stamp Duty and issue invoices for policy premiums and fees
-Undertake dunning process and follow-up on outstanding premium and fee receivable
-Perform reconciliations between Commercial Systems
Client Enquiries/Liaison:
-Service/Assist clients’ administrative requirements
-Maintain contact with the policyholder/Broker if more information about the administrative request is required
Other duties include:
Adhoc tasks and general office duties as required


-Min 5 years’ experience in administrative support
-Attentive to detail, meticulous and able to work independently
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
-A good team player who is dedicated to work and has a pro-active attitude
-Good knowledge about IT system/s and MS excel
