Stanley Black and Decker are seeking a motivated and resilient Service Administration Officer to be based at the Keysborough distribution center on a 8 month maternity leave contract reporting to the Service Manager.

About the role...

You will be required to provide a consistently high standard of administrative support within Technical Service and the Service Center as well as retail assistance to the service center customers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Carry out spare part pricing

  • Efficiently carry out the Service Center reception and administration duties

  • Assist with the delivery of accurate, efficient turnaround of repairs.

  • Assist with the maintenance of the Service Center inventory

  • Telephone and email support to Dealers, Repair Agents and End Users

  • Carry out the front counter reception duties including the acceptance and booking of repairs

  • Booking of repair freight to/from customers and Service Agents and the dispatch of repairs from the Service Center

  • Phone, email and counter sales.

About you...

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers. Solid exposure to a Customer focused role within a similar industry including the use of systems such as SAP is key to meeting the needs and requirements of your role.
