The Admin Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Entering client and account data from source documents to tracker.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information of database
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing managers, may also be asked to liaise between company and client
  • Handle requests for information and data
Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably Business course or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, can work well with people of different levels and authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has experience in admin works, fast learner, willing to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office application
