The Team

MSDI engages across Monash to facilitate cross-faculty research partnerships that provide solutions to sustainable development challenges globally; and provides a platform to share that expertise in partnership with industry, government and the community. The Opportunity

As the Administrative Officer, you will provide a broad range of key professional and high-quality administrative services. You will assist the Deputy Director, Education at MSDI through the provision of administrative and secretarial support and contribute to a variety of projects, focusing on excellence in process and judgement and the provision of sound and timely support.

Bringing your experience in the provision of professional administrative and project support services in a busy and complex working environment, you will:

  • Provide sound and timely support areas of administrative and service responsibility
  • Provide professional support services including preparing various types of documentation
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of multi-model technology including zoom conferencing and troubleshooting
  • Input data, ensuring the effective security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports
  • Resolve issues promptly whilst adhering to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements
