In this role as an Administrative and Human Resources Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in efficiently supporting two key areas of our organization: Human Resources and Administration. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing employee records to carrying out essential administrative duties. Your ability to maintain organization and precision will be pivotal to success in this position.


Human Resources (HR):

  • You will perform administrative tasks related to personnel, providing vital support to the Human Resources department.
  • You will be responsible for keeping employee records up to date, including changes in employment status due to medical leaves or maternity.
  • You will contribute to the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and guides for new employees.
  • You will participate in the review and update of company policies.
  • You will manage key administrative aspects of employee training and professional development, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • You will foster effective and collaborative labor relations in the workplace.


Administration:

  • Your role will encompass drafting, archiving, and reviewing various documents, with a special focus on receipts, invoices, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • You will be responsible for recording, processing, and transmitting documents, invoices, emails, and other relevant information.
  • You will coordinate administrative activities related to the purchase and sale of services, as well as communication with clients.
  • You will be involved in managing and controlling the organization's inventory.



Requirements:
  • Previous experience in this role.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks.
  • Medium to high level of English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
  • Willingness to learn, demonstrate flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be necessary to perform your duties effectively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
