As a SharePoint Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing typical SharePoint administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Perform basic support of SharePoint online and debugging in test and production environments.
  • Performing typical SharePoint administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Support SharePoint Online project planning and activities.
  • Administer, monitor, and manage SharePoint Server Farms, and all other web-related on premise and cloud system (software as a service)
  • Enhances SharePoint branding using out-of-the-box features
  • Resolve all end user access, permission, authentication and authorization issues globally.
  • Assist End-user on general site administration request, involving content update troubleshooting, and integration support.
  • Monitor and maintain SharePoint provisioning, SharePoint online auditing and reporting.
  • Review and act as needed on compliance reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned

You will have:

  • 5 years + Hands on Administering Sharepoint online and related O365 services 
  • Basic Experience with ADFS, Azure Active Directory, ED, SSO, Ping ID and SAML claims based authentication
  • Experience managing and administering SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online troubleshooting methods and issue resolution.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 technology including technical implementation of each of the major related components in scope for this program (SharePoint, OneDrive, Project online and Teams)
  • Experience in Cloud implementation and management
  • Basic Knowledge of Service now ticketing system
  • Cross O365 support including Teams, Skype and Exchange
  • Basic Experience with MS Power shell scripting
  • Ability to analyze audit log searches
