Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 3 years experience in manufacturing operations
2 years' experience in project management and process analysis, preferable in garment industry
Experience in implementing IE tools and systems in garment production
Work independently with internal/external contacts and team members
Systematic and strong communication skills
Strong initiative and commit to result-oriented nature
Proficient in Powerpoint presentation & Excel formula and data analysis
Responsibilities
Provide administrator support to IE Manager for all-round functions
Organize project, establish from concept to completion with close coordination with various internal & external parties
Support IE Manager to provide analysis, develop and test new solutions to work problems
Prepare pilot line set-up, creates charts describing workflows, managing production schedules and reviewing production costs
Support planning flow of work or production, studying process efficiency and analyzing results
Collaborate with cross functional divisions/third party consultants
Lead and deliver projects that may be assigned
