Job Description
In this role you will maintain components of the information technology (IT) infrastructure including the data center infrastructure and serve in the following functions:
1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and other technical duties related to the operation of data center infrastructure
2. Respond to service ticket requests in a timely manner
3. Write and update documentation for projects
4. Troubleshoot issues with new websites, mobile apps, and other products
5. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
6. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and
procedures
Qualifications:
* Associate degree or higher in computer science preferred
* Minimum one year related computer systems hardware experience required
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) designation preferred
Specialized Knowledge:
* Knowledge of payment card industry (PCI)
* Knowledge of Citrix Xen App and Xen Desktop
* Knowledge of Microsoft suite of Software
Competencies:
* Basic troubleshooting knowledge
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team
members
* Ability to use project management software
