  • Flexible work hours can be negotiated
  • Part time (19 hours per week) fixed term role (through to April 2020) based in Wellington location

About the role:

We are looking for a Data Sharing Administrator to join the Data Sharing and Development team within Identity Services (Compliance, Risk & Intelligence Services). 

The Data Sharing Administrator will support existing identity services including processing information and administrative activities to support data sharing activities. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Able to follow processes that have multiple checks with attention to detail
  • An understanding of the importance of privacy and data security when handling personal information
  • The ability to work in a team environment and establish and maintain working relationships inside and outside the organisation
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Experience in using information systems and computer technology; Confident in using Microsoft Office products Excel and Word.
