Summary

The Admissions Adviser is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Central College Admissions Team in delivering an effective, timely and customer focused service for a diverse range of customers. You will be the designated School liaison and Events representative for Langley College playing a key role in these activities.
We are part of The Windsor Forest Colleges Group which was formed through a partnership between East Berkshire College and Strode's College in Egham. Delivering high quality education and training to over 8,000 students and businesses each year, we offer state-of-the-art learning environments at our three main campuses: Langley College, Strode's College and Windsor College.

As an Admissions Adviser, you will represent Langley College (and also the wider Windsor Forest Colleges Group) at student recruitment focused events including Open Days, taster days, Careers Fairs, Parents Evenings at partner schools, Interview sessions and other relevant events.
You will work with the Events and School Liaison Coordinator to ensure the college group is represented at School Liaison and outreach events in the community including helping to develop and maintain good working relationships with key feeder and partner schools and other key partners such as the youth service.
You will also process applications and enrolments efficiently and accurately using the College database in accordance with the Admissions procedures and support the process of interviews and course offer for applicants.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with great administration and customer service skills - maintaining the departments strong customer service values. You will also have high attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload effectively and a flexible approach to working practices.
