You will report to the Manager, Transfer Pricing, and will actively participate in managing BRP’s transfer pricing.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be proactively involved in BRP’s operations, and in particular, you will have the opportunity to use your talents and skills by carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:
* Preparing transfer pricing documentation (the master file and local files) for all BRP inter-company transactions, including gathering information, drafting functional analysis documents, carrying out economic analyses, and ensuring implementation in accordance with each country’s laws and regulations
* Preparing the country-by-country report
* Participating in the renewal of BAPAs/APAs involving certain BRP companies and ensuring compliance with these agreements
* Assisting business units in applying and deploying transfer pricing policies
* Following up on the preparation of tax forms related to inter-corporate transactions (T106, Form 5472, etc.), and ensuring information quality and data integrity
* Preparing documentation and analyses to fulfill requests during tax audits, and participating in the management and follow-up of such audits
* Monitoring laws and regulations pertaining to transfer pricing and business best practices in each country and overseeing their application
* Assessing and communicating transfer pricing issues in relation to BRP’s foreign transactions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Recognized professional certification in accounting, economics, finance or a related field
* Excellent written communication skills
* Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
* Minimum three (3) years of experience in transfer pricing
* Knowledge of transfer pricing documentation rules and ability to apply them
* Good priority management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* A proactive attitude, business acumen and adaptability

The successful candidate will work at the corporation’s head office in Montréal, Quebec.
