The Global People Analytics team is made up of over 300 analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product
owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to
support strong data-led decision making.

The Advisory & Insights sub-team includes the people who manage relationships with our stakeholders, understand the business and provide day-to-day people analytics decision support, and direction to our solutions and product teams to develop and implement best-in-class analytic solutions.
This role is the primary point of contact to the lead HR business partners in the assigned entity(ies), working collaboratively to understand the needs of the business and design/implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs. This role is expected to work continuously to find ways of operating with maximum efficiency, including driving customers to self-service digital solutions, raise the bar on the level of insights and analytics provided to customers, create a memorable experience for customers, and provide impactful insights which help to drive
strategic and operational HR decision-making.

This role also works closely with others sub teams within HR such as Talent Supply Chain, Data and Analytics and Retain Talent and adjacent non-HR teams such as EI, Finance or Operations CFs, based on the nature of decision support required.

The role will…

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager to the executive stakeholders within the assigned area(s), up to and including Accenture Leadership and potentially, GMC, customers.

  • Work collaboratively with customers to fully understand their requirements, and translate those requirements into actions for the team.

  • Gather, analyze and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve
    decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team.

  • Focus on driving day-to-day delivery of assigned deliverables while maintaining a focus on strategic longer-term priorities and journey management.

  • Understand business priorities and issues to offer a view on issue resolution.

  • Work to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, providing regular review as needed.

  • Work across teams to provide top-level insights and focus on proactively addressing questions based on knowledge and historical perspective.

  • Coordinate the management of requests and workflow into and out of the team. Prioritize as needed.

  • Serve as the main and first point of contact for executive stakeholders for ad hoc requests, triaging and routing them appropriately.

  • Assess ad hoc requests for standardization in the longer-term.

  • Manage work and resources effectively within defined bounds.

  • Work toward continuous quality improvement in operations, deliverables, customer relationships.

  • Serve as a leader and role model in practicing integrity and good stewardship—fiscally, operationally, with regard to data security, and our people.

  • Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working across customer geographies. In this sense, collaborate with other HR leads to determine a common
    approach in case of overlapping requirements, identify impact of requested HR solutions to other entities, and determine synergies.

  • Lead and participate in people initiatives.

  • Provide meaningful feedback and development opportunities to those supervised.
