Your Career: As the Senior Aftersales Manager of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role: Working closely alongside the Commercial Manager, Australia & New Zealand, and wider aftersales team, this senior management role is required to create, develop, implement and deliver the regional aftersales strategy which is critical to the establishment of the Grenadier’s credibility in the market.

The Senior Aftersales Manager for Australia & New Zealand will require extensive experience of all aspects of Aftersales within the Automotive industry. They will be integral to the process of establishing the regional aftersales plan, to underpin the launch of a new brand and vehicle and to support it thereafter. This role will oversee AS regional managers and technical support.

For the Senior Aftersales Manager we are looking for:

  • Strong educational background and substantial aftersales industry experience with proven involvement with national/international aftersales activities
  • Experience managing substantial budgets
  • Experience managing multiple locations
  • Someone who has created aftersales strategies and plans, and successfully completed multiple projects within an aftersales environment
  • Good command of English is essential
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and aftersales commercial best practices
  • Commercial and aftersales acumen and articulate with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Leadership with a solid management style, able to prioritise and set goals
  • Self-motivation, influencing and relationship building skills
