Salary: £13,000 per annum (with bi-annual salary reviews based on performance)


Here at Panasonic we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven apprentice to join our busy Customer Service team. If you think you can provide great customer service for our After Sales processes, then this is the opportunity for you!


As our apprentice you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration course at Bracknell & Wokingham College. We tailor training to the individual`s development needs, so whether its Excel, company product knowledge, email best practice or something else, we will work with you to discover what you need.

Your Responsibilities:

As an Aftersales Support Apprentice, your main duties will involve:

  • Working on Excel reports to analyse, monitor and review data with the end goal of suggesting improvements.
  • Analysing customer feedback and developing innovative ideas for future solutions.
  • Communicating with external parties in our repairs network.
  • Working with senior team members to monitor department strategy.
  • Continuous learning of new and existing Panasonic products.
