Facebook is seeking an Agency Partner to work with the leading global network agencies in Thailand as well as lead our agency capability and solution expertise-building efforts by collaborating across channels, functions and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Facebook and competitor products, and a proven ability to influence agency customers at different levels of the organization – at CXO executive leadership level to more technically-oriented heads of performance and product. Candidates must have a deep understanding of both the Thai media landscape but also appreciate the unique challenges faced by agencies in other SEA markets.This role requires high adaptability and resourcefulness as agencies are often variable in their different business models, and have different product specializations and different levels of knowledge. Candidates must be quick learners, have a collaborative and innovative spirit and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. This position is full-time and located in Facebook’s Bangkok office
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the strategic relationships within the global network agencies and the digital first agency ecosystem, develop strong C-level relationships with agency leadership and/or founders
  • Support and develop entire agency to ensure excellent understanding of FB value proposition and products
  • Track revenue performance across the agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed
  • Identify and pitching transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers
  • Identify key frictions and barriers specific to these agencies and lead scaled solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8-10 years of experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results
  • Having worked hands-on in a large media agency and/or digital and performance agency will help ensure recommendations are pragmatic and real-world ready
  • Backgrounds from large MNC's and other media platforms will also be considered if your core focus is to drive and recommend the media strategies for those companies
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required
  • Analytical, detail-oriented professional with clear business strategy views and the ability to unlock revenue opportunities within the market
  • Strong understanding of Facebook user behavior and how technology works - represent Facebook and Instagram at key industry events and gatherings
  • Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, organised and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner
  • Pre-existing relationships and confidence in leveraging and building those strong partnership relationships with Thai and Regional media CEOs and industry associations
