In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
Operate with our CCI (Connected Care Informatics) legacy products and other related clinical informatics products, which functions as an electronic brain that collects vital patient information to support healthcare professionals in decision making. The position is based in Blumenau and is expected to support cross functional team from global markets.
You will be responsible for:
Evaluating the usability of the product, ensuring that the clinical information is being presented appropriately per clinical use model. Candidate should be knowledgeable of basic software usability standards and impact on clinical workflow;
Acting collaboratively with Product Management and Marketing in order to collect relevant product information (usability, safety, customer design input) and, when necessary, support the direction of improvements for the Connected Care Informatics Legacy Portfolio;
Acting collaboratively with Product Management and Marketing to validate customer requirements;
Acting collaboratively with Test engineers to assist in clinical verification of the CCI Legacy products;
Development and delivery of product-focused clinical training and software demo for both internal and external stakeholders;
Assessing the pre and post market clinical risks and hazards associated with the use of the software application. Candidate should be knowledgeable and up to date with industry standards, clinical research and evidence-based practices.
You will be responsible for authoring, presenting and defending Clinical Assessments and Health Hazard Evaluation;
Building strong relationships between the R&D, Quality, Regulatory and other stakeholders to enable a flexible and proactive risk management system;
Monitoring external sources / trends and identify and escalate emerging problems. This includes (but is not limited to), complaints trends, regulatory and market / intelligence trends, literature and scientific publications;

To succeed in this position, you must have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated competence in multi-tasking -- management and participation on multiple projects.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience with clinical information systems and/or EMRs usage in the acute care clinical environment.
Degree, certification, or school concentration in nursing or work experience equivalent;
Experience in the critical care, operating room, and/or emergency department.
Experience with system analysis and design for clinical applications.
Experience in product development within a vendor environment
Experience with healthcare information systems implementation and training.
Experience in writing customer facing documentation.
