About the role:
You will be involved in a significant enterprise transformation project that will replace and upgrade the majority of our existing IT systems and improve and standardise our business processes across our multi-national operations. The project will have a large impact on all business functions and will necessitate the delivery of a sound and sustainable application integration suite of solutions.
Located in our Adelaide head office and reporting to the Technical Delivery Lead, your key responsibility will be to design, develop and deliver robust, efficient and sustainable application integration solutions primarily based on Oracle Integration Cloud Technology.
Assume technical responsibility for the application integration ecosystem primarily based on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technology
Contribute to defining the strategic direction and associated roadmaps for the Stratco application software landscape
Provide coaching and guidance to other developers in the design, development and maintenance of application integration solutions
Collaborate with, direct and manage external 3rd parties in the development and/or support of integration platforms
Ensure the stable and sustainable operation of application integration platforms
Conduct regular maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, health checks etc
Assist with the management of critical issues and problems
Collaborate with other internal and external Integration Developers to deliver integration solution designs
Develop and test the new integration solutions across the agreed architecture
Ensure the integrations developed are to an acceptable standard and delivered in the required timeframes
Skills, Experience & Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant experience
At least 5 years’ experience in an integration technology development role
At least 2 years’ experience in technical leadership including coaching and guiding developers
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud highly preferred
Experience in managing external 3rd parties to deliver support services
Experience working within a major ERP or technology transformation project preferred
Strong intellectual capacity, communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
High attention to detail with proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional trouble-shooting and problem solving abilities
