JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting to the EUC File, Print and Infra Manager, you will be in charge of SCCM Deployment & Infra maintenance activities across Alstom.
Experience in the design and deployment of the following technologies: SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10, MECM.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Expertise in packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies
Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 7
Should be good in troubleshooting SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues
Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets
Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices
Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
Should have a good knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM
Responsible for deploying of SCCM with CO management
Technical and Professional Expertise ability to stage and deploy application using SCCM/Intune
Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads
Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace services
Contribute to New SOE Builds/migration and upgrades
Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities
Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required
Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times
Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies
Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written
Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, should have at least 4-7 years experience in IT with majority of it in SCCM distribution, SCCM Infra managment and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with related domain is an added advantage and preffered.
Should have good communication and vendor management skills to intereact with business across the globe.
Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
Experience in ITIL processes and framework

Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
